Dear Potential CCNS Fine Arts Show Sponsor,
The Community Cooperative Nursery School (CCNS) is pleased to offer an opportunity to sponsor the 56th Annual CCNS Art Show & Sale, to be held on May 31 - June 2, 2018 in South Norwalk, Connecticut. Your donation will be 100% tax-deductible. For 53 years, CCNS parents transformed the little red schoolhouse on Trolley Place into a sophisticated, curated Fine Arts Show where professional artwork was uniquely hung inside the school in a gallery-style manner.
In 2016, for the first time, the Art Show was held at the Rowayton Community Center, which achieved even more visibility for the Show and enabled more artists to participate. Last year, the Show was graciously hosted by The Workshop of Black Bridge Motors at 314 Wilson Avenue, South Norwalk, CT and will be held there again in 2018. We will continue the Thursday Night Gala Opening for current parents, Alumni, VIP Patrons, and the local interior designer community.
Every year, the CCNS Art Show & Sale has one of the largest, most diverse collections of original artwork for sale anywhere in this area. This event is more than a fundraiser; it is a gathering of more than 300 professional artists, designers, media, and sophisticated patrons. Art lovers wait all year for this show, and there is a 40% tax deduction on all artwork purchased during these three special days which goes towards the operational expenses and special projects at CCNS. Each year, we sell over $100,000 in professional artwork and garner broad media exposure in print, television, and social media.
Our Featured Artist for 2018 will be Norwalk-based Pop Artist, David Morico. The upgraded CCNS Art Show & Sale Website (www.ccnsartshow.org) showcases the artists’ work leading up to the event, and during non-show hours you can securely purchase art directly from the Website! Our Facebook page reaches more than 500 organic, local, and relevant followers. You can also follow us on Instagram @ccnsartshow. Your support is the key to this event!
Our various sponsorship levels and a description of the benefits are below. For convenience, you can use a credit card to securely make your donation and print out your Charity Tax Deduction Form. Thank you again for your support!
